Lentoria Condo Review
Lentoria is a new 99 year leasehold condominium development located at the tranquil District 26 in Lentor Hills Road. The Lentor Hills condo is jointly developed by Hong Leong Group and Mitsui Fudosan and will comprise 265 luxurious apartment units. One of the smallest land plot in the Lentor precinct, Lentoria Land size is at 116,454 square feet sitting on the Lentor Hills Road, Lentor Gardens and Yio Chu Kang Road. Lentoria‘s unique character is that there will only be a plot of land right next to it and is not close to any surrounding buildings.
There were 2 bidders in the tender of Lentoria land plot and was successfully won by Hong Leong and Mitsui Fudosan at a land price of $276.36 million, translating to $1,130 psf per plot ratio psf ppr.
Hong Leong Group and Mitsui Fudosan have planned to feature various unit types catering to the needs of buyers who are staying in and investors who would like to rent out. There will be a total of 265 units in Lentoria ranging from 1 bedroom, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom + Study, 3 Bedroom, 3 Bedroom Premium, 4 Bedroom and 4 Bedroom Premium.
